As Vendor Manager, Primat takes greater responsibility and accountability for managing our customer’s recruitment supply chain. This adds value through reduced supply chain cost, greater efficiency, and an overall reduced risk profile.
Recruitment and Resourcing
We supply candidates on a temporary or permanent basis, to customers across a range of industry sectors, including the onshore and offshore environments. We are experts in supplying highly competent personnel to support white collar and blue collar project requirements across high risk and hazardous operating environments.

We believe that nothing is so important that it cannot be done safely. The safety and wellbeing of the people we work with is of the utmost importance to us. It’s a culture we have developed over the years and every individual has a role to play.
At Primat, we pride ourselves with offering a comprehensive service to our customers, which stretches beyond supplying qualified personnel to meet clients’ recruitment requirements.
Primat is a self-billing payment company with a dedicated payroll team which processes all contractor timesheets. The team, based centrally in our Darlington HQ, calculate all gross pay, tax and VAT for all of our contractors. In addition, all remittances/payslips detailing the breakdown of every payment is sent directly to our contractors. On an average week, the payroll team processes over 30’000 timesheets.
Our Recruitment Marketing team continually develops expertise across what it refers to as its ‘standards’, in order to deliver an advanced, forward-thinking and highly valued service to customers.
